DM4 is a closed price plan. No new ICP’s are permitted. Existing ICP’s on DM4 will progressively migrate to DM1.
Domestic line charge plans are applicable to ICP’s which can be defined as “Domestic premises” in accordance with Section 90 of the Electricity Industry Reform Act 1998. All other ICP’s must use non-domestic plans from Tables 2 to 4 following.
Controlled 18-hour line charges apply where Northpower determines the on/off times to manage peak loads. Where other parties determine the control times, line charges will revert to the applicable 24-hour rates.
