If you have a concern, problem or complaint regarding your electricity supply, power lines on your property or Northpower’s service, we would like to know.

In order for us to improve our service, it is important that you provide us with any suggestions.

Electricity & Gas Complaints Scheme

Northpower is a member of the Electricity and Gas Complaints Scheme. Once we have received a formal complaint we will investigate and endeavour to resolve the problem with you. If we receive a complaint we will:

  • Advise in writing where appropriate
  • Resolve your problem where possible within 20 working days.

Any land-related complaints or issues should be directed to our Marketing Manager here at Northpower.

If no acceptable solution is reached after 20 working days you will be advised and may decide to take this to the Electricity Complaints Commissioner. The commissioner can be contacted at:
