APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINEE PROGRAMMES

Northpower offers entry level opportunities for people keen to develop a career in the technical or management fields.

In-house and external study/training is fully paid for by Northpower while trainees earn a salary or wage.

Both apprenticeship and cadet programmes run for 3 years. On completion trainees have gained recognised qualifications as well as work experience.

What we look for
